Annie's work is inspired in general by the northern forest landscape, and especially by the ever-changing patterns of light in the forest.
Annie's educational background is in biology (B.S., Stanford, 1991) and forest ecosystem science (M.S., University of Maine, 1995). She discovered quilting while looking for ways to while away the long, dark winter of 1993-94 in Old Town, Maine. She immediately found herself on a whole new path, with no way to turn back! |
